How to install Oscam for OpenPli E2 on DM800HD

1. upload binary file oscam in :
/usr/bin/oscam and get attribute (chmod 0755)

2. upload 4 files in :
/etc/tuxbox/config/oscam.conf ( cmd 755 )
/etc/tuxbox/config/oscam.user ( cmd 755 )
/etc/tuxbox/config/oscam.server ( cmd 755 )
/etc/tuxbox/config/oscam.srvid ( cmd 644 )

if not exist folder config in ../etc/tuxbox/ create it

################################################## ##########################

3. upload script cardserver.oscam in :
/etc/init.d/cardserver.oscam get attribute (chmod 0755) to start oscam
